Here we have a rare and very desirable Christopher Ward C11 Makaira Pro 500 in Orange.
It is a used watch, offered in outstanding, almost new condition. There are no marks or blemishes visible to my eye on the case or crystal, just a couple of tiny marks on the back plate which would easily brush out if they bother you.
This is an ‘archive find’ January 2017 watch, so it’s one of if not the very last orange Makaira 500 to leave CW. The movement warranty is valid to January 2022. Being an archive release, CW no longer had any owner manuals available. So instead it comes with a Certificate of Authenticity and covering latter directing you to this PDF version: https://www.christopherward.co.uk/media/manuals/c11make_manual.pdf .
The original rubber straps for these watches have not been available for several years, so the watch was supplied to me by CW on the later rubber strap as fitted to late C60 Mk2 models. This particular strap is fitted with a Titanium tang buckle.
In late 2018 it was subject to a warranty return where a new movement was fitted. It was regulated to +2 to +5 sec per day - so within COSC limits.
